Here is the furnace
at delivery. It is well packed and secure, and delivered
directly to your front door.
The packaging is removed
and the furnace is wheeled into the house. The base stand
(which is not supplied with the furnace) is put into place
on the floor and the furnace is mounted into place.
The furnace is easily
put into place by two people lifting it onto the stand.
The furnace weighs a total of 145kg
The outtake pipe is
easily installed into any wall and onto the furnace
The outtake pipe must
then be sealed off with the provided sealant.
This is how the fully
assembled furnace looks. This entire process took an hour
at the most.
Now the furnace oven
area is filled with about 5cm of sand, up to the edge
of the fire hatch.
Now you can make your
first small fire. Please heat up the furnace as suggested
in the given instructions. Even if the floor in front
of the the furnace is made out of inflammable material
there still needs to be a glass or metal sheet in order
to meet fire regulation.
If you would rather
use the furnace as an open fireplace, which is one of
its most attractive features, we suggest you also use
the spark screen.
This is how the oven
door looks. In the center is a swiveling tile that you
can use to regulate the supply of air.
