The main item in our base board product line is the
Sandomus heating units. It is a copper core pipe 2.40
meters long with four sections, each 50 cm, of aluminum
plates that are pressed on.

The braces and ends are mounted on the wall after
it
has been painted.
Between 5 to 10 cm should be allowed between the
floor and the bottom of the wood frame.

The core pipe and the appropriate number of heating
units are installed next. There is always a T-joint
at
the end of each wall for the bypass pipe, which extend
the length of that base board section. The thermostat
knobs can be installed at any location.

In this picture the bypass pipe has been installed,
and
runs above the core pipe for the length of that section.

The copper pipes are lined with felt in the spots
where they are mounted on the braces. After this
step, the face board for the bypass pipe can be mounted.

Now the needed holes can be cut into the face board
with the drilling templates that are provided. Once
the holes have been drilled in to correct places,
the
face board can be mounted into place.

Before the face board can be fully fastened, a 55
mm
hole must be cut out where the thermostat
is going to be.

The front and back sections of the thermostat valve
are firmly attached with a nut. After this the face
board can be installed.

This is how a finished base board should look,
fully installed.
